Request VPN Access

Requesting VPN Access through Partners

If you require access to Partners drives (H drive, POSTAWD etc) or some Partners servers whilst working remotely, you will need to request access to VPN.

Requirements:

  • Platform: Mac OSX, Windows, Linux
  • You must login with your Partners Username and Password.

Instructions:

  • If you need remote access into the Partners Network from home using VPN, you need to complete the appropriate web form at the URLs below. 

For Employees and Research Staff:

  • Please complete the VPN Request form located in the Service Catalog

1. Navigate to www.partners.org/ISServiceDesk
2. Click Make a Request
3. Select VPN Request from the Internet and Networks group or search VPN Request

4. Complete the form and select Order Now

     5. Select Submit Order on the next page

  • After the request is submitted, it goes to your manager for approval.
  • Once approved, the request is moved to the VPN team for provisioning. 

Vendors, Contractors and Consultants:

  • The sponsor should be directed to submit a SecureLink Access request located in the ServiceNow Service Catalog or through www.partners.org/isservicedesk > Make a Request.
