Onboarding

Onboarding is the process by which new individuals are introduced to the Ragon. It is through this process that the individual becomes a member of the Ragon Community through learning their new job duties, establishing relationships with co-workers and supervisors and developing a niche. According to a 2007 study by the Wynhurst Group, when employees go through structured onboarding, they are 58 percent more likely to remain with the organization after three years.

Ragon HR will be working during 2023 to create a new, structured onboarding program, including a robust, onsite orientation session, to launch in early 2024. We believe this is the key to setting up the individuals joining our community for success. Please stay tuned to this page for more information!
