Development

We believe that participating in development opportunities are essential to keeping all members of the Ragon community engaged with the Institute. The Ragon HR department is committed to assisting Ragon employees with professional growth and training opportunities.

This contains multiple venues of development opportunities for various communities at the Ragon. While we have attempted to categorize and provide descriptions for each, we realize there is a lot available and it may be hard to navigate, so please reach out to us with any questions you may have!

Performance reviews, which are important part of development, are covered on the Retention page.

Annual Training from MGB (All community members)

Annual training typically runs from December to April and is intended to keep our community members up to date on Mass General Brigham’s policies and procedures so that everyone has the information they need to safely perform their work. While these regulatory courses are required, Mass General Brigham also believes that educating everyone on important topics is the right thing to do for their safety and development.

Training courses are assigned to segments of the workforce based on specific criteria and will be available in an individual’s assigned courses in Healthstream.
