Visual Assets

A collection of visual aids, such as cartoons, photography, and microscopy images and videos, available to use in presentations and other visual representations of your work done at the Ragon.

These are owned by the Ragon and only available to support Ragon work.
Examples of acceptable use include: Seminar, lab meeting, conference, or other scientific presentations; on lab websites; on the external Ragon websites; for training materials; on lab or Ragon social media; teaching material for Ragon-supported classes or Ragon-driven outreach; designing t-shirts for Ragon events.

These cannot be used for personal or non-Ragon work purposes.
Examples of unacceptable use include: personal social media; any work done solely for other organizations, including teaching/tutoring/science outreach*; presentations of work not at least partially supported or done at the Ragon; classwork or homework; any personal projects.
NOTE: Attribution does not equal permission. You may not use these for the above purposes regardless of whether or not you attribute the images/assets to the Ragon Institute.

No attribution is necessary for approved usage. If you leave the Ragon, you may continue using them in already developed presentations (no need to go through and change), but may not use them to develop any new work. Icons can only be used with permission of the PI or Core/Platform Director.

Please respect the usage policy so we can continue freely providing access. Disregard of the usage policy will result in limiting access through the use of formal requests.
